If there were three thoughts to describe the ministry of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church the first words would be "A Faithful people called to love Jesus Christ and serve their neighbor."

The second would be

"A stable congregation that has grown steadily over the past

three decades."

The third would be "A collection of God's people who dearly love each other." We invite you to our Church and open our doors to all who enter.

Pastor Kyle Verage

Pastor Kyle Verage grew up in Hubertus, WI, outside of
Milwaukee. Though he did not grow up in the Church,
his family converted to the Lutheran Christian faith
when he was 11.  His passion for theology soon led
him to pursue a career in the pastoral ministry.  He
graduated with a B.A. in Classical Languages from
Valparaiso University in 2009.  He then attended
Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, IN,
where he received his Master of Divinity degree in 2013.
Right from seminary he was called to serve Good
Shepherd, Crandon and St. John, Laona, WI.

On March 25th, 2020, Pastor Verage was installed and
answered his call here at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
He now resides in Pleasant Prairie with his wife, Grace, his
children, Peter, Stephen, Anastasia and Thomas, along with
Hercules their Golden Retriever.

Marcia Lange joined the staff of Good Shepherd as Administrative Assistant in July 2018.  Born and raised in Westchester, a suburb of Chicago, she lived many places before landing in Pleasant Prairie with her husband Robert.  Graduating from Western Illinois University with a BA and MA in Communications, her formal training centered around video production.  She managed the Field Communications Department with Encyclopaedia Britannica's sales force where she produced training, marketing and product knowledge programs distributed to the field offices across the country.  After leaving Britannica she formed her own video production business producing documentaries, lectures and wedding programs.  Retiring in 2017, she found her church home here at Good Shepherd and happily accepted the position working for the congregation.

Marcia and Robert have two grown sons, Elliott is a welder and Addison a nuclear engineer.
